Our Services
We offer a full eye examination which includes evaluation of your vision, prescription of corrective lenses, and a thorough look at your eye from front to back to detect any eye diseases (i.e., glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, etc.).
For our patients who prefer not to have their eyes dilated, we offer the Optomap Retinal Exam that allows us to take digital images of your retina to diagnose eye diseases, retinal detachments, and systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Many patients have anxieties about their eyes being dilated and may even delay their annual eye examination to avoid this procedure. The Optomap is provided for an additional fee of $30 but is included free of charge for children 10 years old and younger and pregnant or nursing women. More information can be found at: http://www.optos.com
We also offer contact lens fittings and evaluations. We have a wide variety of disposable and extended wear contact lenses. Some brands we carry are Acuvue, Coopervision, CIBA, Baush & Lomb, and many more. Whether you would like to wear daily contact lenses, contact lenses to change or enhance your eye color, monovision or bifocal contact lenses, or astigmatism (toric) contact lenses, our staff is ready to meet your needs. We also can prescribe and update your rigid gas permeable lenses (RGPs) and are trained for specialized contact lens fittings for patients with keratoconus.
Our optometrists are also certified to prescribe Paragon Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) lenses. CRT is a non-surgical process clinically developed to reshape the cornea while you sleep. More information can be found at: http://www.paragoncrt.com.
To help all our patients who frequently work on a computer, we are excited to announce the GUNNAR i-AMP solution. These specialty lenses provide immediate sharper clearer vision, reduced eye fatigue, and over 2 hours per day of additional productivity or enjoyment. More information can be found on:
